Personal training is a detailed programme designed around the client’s goals and expectations.
Before making any decisions, Better Body recommends you visit our facility and talk with one of our highly qualified coaches. This will enable you to get a sense of our professional approach. Your journey will be set out with the following direction:
- Assess client’s current health, focus, ability, availability and goals.
- Functional Movement Screen – Identifies what your body is capable of performing.
- Calculate calorie needs coupled with an easy to follow eating plan.
- Design programme for – weight loss, strength or sports specific etc.
- Delivery of above with enthusiasm, direction and above all – enjoyable approach.
- You have the option of both gym use and classes.

Our trainers are handpicked from around the country to give the best service possible. We offer 6 week transformations. At your first consultation we get to know you as a person, find out what your goals and expectations are, then proceed to develop your personal programme and nutrition guide and discuss what lifestyle modifications are needed to go about achieving your goals.
We do a full body screening were we take into consideration your body fat percentage, full body mobility, body measurements, weight, strength, flexibility and your general level of fitness.
During your transformation you will receive one personal training session every week at a time that suits you and the gym, were your trainer will teach you the correct way to exercise, motivate, push and support you in every way possible in a comfortable and safe environment.
You can also attend any available class on our time table as long as you book in advance. All classes are taught by our highly motivated personal trainers who are there to help make it the positive life changing experience it is and help you discover the healthier new you
Weight loss Course
What IS Weight Loss Course?
A group weight loss course that is run over 6 weeks that includes 3 group PT sessions a week. In a group environment you’ll be introduced how to exercise safely and effectively.
We will teach you the do’s and don’ts of nutrition. During your time you will take full control of your eating habits, and even check in with your trainer and the rest of the group to ensure you’re going in the right direction.
