What IS Circuit Training?

This highly effective class runs through each muscle group by using a mixture of spinning, kettlebells, weights and general circuit. If you’re new to gyms it’s a great way to learn different styles and types of exercise focusing on ABS, gluteus, thighs, chest back, shoulders and arms.

All the areas we need to tone and firm up. A fun, rewarding, energetic and uplifting class.

This class will differ from instructor to instructor, if you’re looking for something different and off the beaten track be sure to book in.
