What IS Spin?
Spinning is a very intense HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class. Using indoor stationary bikes, an instructor will take you through your paces as if you were on a circuit through the mountains or participating in a race.
This is a miracle way to reduce your workout time and up your fat burning. Studies show that your metabolism is raised for 12-48 hours after any HIIT session.
